Another tool that you can use as well is called Hootsuite. Hoot Suite is another scheduling tool that you can use. I moved from Hootsuite to promo republic mainly because of the pricing but it is an excellent tool for social media management.
Hootsuite also has training and this is also found in the footer section of the home page.
Another resource that we use is www.stacksocial.com which is a great place to get social media management training. In this tutorial, we will look at the Kuda Online Facebook page and Promo republic social media management tool.
How Does Promo Republic Work?
Promo Republic connects to all your social media accounts so that you are able to manage them all from one place.
Promo republic has a calendar feature that allows you to schedule posts for the week or over 2 weeks. It also gives you post suggestions as to the type of post and time o posting. For example, in this video it is telling to post a motivational post on Monday morning.
You can create your posts from right within the application itself. There is a large stock library where you can get a lot of images with which you are able to create custom posts.
Once you finish editing your image, it will be added to the calendar on the next available slot. Promo Republic takes a lot of guesswork out of the equation by giving you the type of message and when to post it. It gives you the right mix of engagement posts and promotional ones.
Promo Republic also has editable, ready-made posts that you can use in the event you don’t have content. You can also get ready-made articles in different categories to post to your social media.
How Often Should You Schedule?
We sit down and schedule once every 30 to 60 days and our posts go out over that period on auto pilot. That’s the power of these automation tools and why they are a worthwhile investment. Your clients don’t know about this automation and you can do all this hands free all on auto pilot.
